Terms & Conditions
- Carriage paid on all orders of £250 or more. Otherwise charged at cost.
- All balance orders will be sent once an item comes back into stock, unless otherwise notified by the customer.
- Alan Symonds and Company Ltd. will not compensate incorrectly ordered goods, non delivery or late delivery.
- Cancellations must be notified in writing within 7 days.
- Returns will not be accepted if the fabric is cut and only if goods are faulty or damaged.
- Returns are only accepted with the companies authority and a valid reference number.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of the receipt of delivery.
- All prices are subject to change. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
- Swatches available (on some designs) @ £5 each. Refundable upon order for £250.
- All designs are copyright protected with ACID (http://acid.eu.com/). Any infringement with be vigorously pursued.
